I hereby join the PRESENT AGREEMENT AND putting THE DATA ON LAZZENE. RU (FURTHER — THE WEBSITE) BY FILLING  THE ONLINE APPLICATION (REGISTRATION) THE USER:

• confirms that the personal data specified by him belongs personally to him;
• recognizes and confirms that he attentively and in full studied the present Agreement and conditions of processing of his personal data specified by him in the online application (registration) on the website contained in it;
• recognizes and confirms that all provisions of the present Agreement and conditions of processing of his personal data are clear to him;
• agrees with the processing by the Website of the provided personal data for registration of the User on the Website;
• expresses consent with conditions of processing of personal data without any reservations and restrictions.
• The user gives his consent to the personal data processing, namely commission of the actions provided by item 3 p.1 Art. 3 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “About personal data” and confirms that, giving such consent, he acts freely.

The current consent of the User is applied to processing of the following personal data:

The user gives his permission to the lazzene.ru service to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data:

mailing of commercial and advertizing offers;

storage during the reporting periods of storage established by normative documents, but not less than three years, from the moment of date of the termination of use of services of the Website by the User;

specification (updating, change);

use for registration of the User on the Website;

destruction;

transfer upon the demand of court, including to the third parties, with observance of the measures providing protection of personal data against unauthorized access.

The specified consent works is termless from the moment of providing data and can be withdrawn by you by filing of application of administration of the Website with the indication of data, certain Art. 14 of the Law “About Personal Data”.

The website does not bear responsibility for use (both lawful, and illegal) the third parties of information posted by the User on the Website including its reproduction and distribution which are carried out in all possible ways.

The website has the right to make changes to the present Agreement. At modification in relevant edition date of the last update is specified. New edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its placement if other is not provided by new edition of the Agreement.

other systems of placement of personal data in the presence of the reference to it on the Website.
